• Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the trip; 25% cancellation fee for less than 48-hour notice.
   
• Driver Allowance: Additional charges apply for driving between 10 PM and 6 AM.
   
• Minimum Billing: Customers are billed for the minimum kilometers per day, even if actual usage is less.
   
• Round Trip Billing: Outstation trips are billed for the distance from the start location to the destination and back to the start location, irrespective of drop-off.
